How much does shipping cost and can I split my order to multiple addresses?
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate with Australia Post (5-10 business days)
Express Shipping: $15 with Australia Post (3-5 business days).
Tracked Express Shipping: $25 with Star Track Express (2-3 business days)
Important Shipping information:
A single order can be sent to a single address. For multiple addresses, multiple orders will be required.
- All Orders are processed during business days only (Monday – Friday)
- Orders placed on a public holiday or weekend will be processed first working business day
- Once order is placed and dispatched, an automatic email will be sent
- Deliveries must be to a home or business address and not a PO Box or virtual address
- we recommend someone be available to physically receive delivery, otherwise the delivered purchase will be left unattended
- There are no international deliveries (outside of Australia)
Returns
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is damaged or lost during postage, please let us know and we can determine if delivery service was at fault.
Change of Mind
14 day return policy applies for products that are unopened. The 14 days is from the day in which customer physically receives the product (not the day of purchase). The product may be exchanged for a similar product or store credit may be given. If returning online, the customer must pay for the product to be returned to warehouse.
If a product received is damaged due to manufacturing, please contact us. We will send a replacement perfume (no additional costs) or refund the monies (including shipping).
If an order has no fault, it cannot be refunded. We recommend you come instore to test the right scent for you, or purchase a discovery set.
Cancellation Policy
If within 24 hours of online order placement you cancel your order, the amount ordered will be refunded, except for shipping. This will be used as a processing fee.
